Exchange Policy: We offer exchange only. Refunds are not available.

Exchange Eligibility: Products are eligible for exchange if:

* The request is made within 7 days of delivery
* The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* Original tags and packaging are intact

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, an exchange will be provided only if the customer shares a parcel opening video The video must clearly show:

* The sealed package before opening
* The full unboxing process
* The defect or damage in the product

Important: Without a parcel opening video, we will not be able to process exchanges for defective items.

Non Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange:

* Sale or discounted products
* Customized or altered items
